ShowStoppers ’24- Lucky Winner Stands A Chance To Win iPhone 16 128 GB (“Offer”)
Campaign Period: The Offer is valid from 25th November 2024 (00:00) to 15th December 2024 (23:59).
The Offer is open only to Indian citizens residing in India (excluding Tamil Nadu), aged 18 years and above.
The Offer is not open to employees of Shoppers Stop, including current and ex-employees and their families. Agencies, service providers of Shoppers Stop and their family members are also not eligible to participate in this Offer.
By participating in the Offer, we understand that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions for the said Offer.
To participate, the participant must make a net purchase of INR 10,000 or more from the beauty category at any eligible Shoppers Stop or SS Beauty Store or via the website/app (www.shoppersstop.com, www.ssbeauty.in) in a single invoice. It is hereby clarified that multiples of INR 10,000 made in a single invoice shall qualify as one entry.
Purchases through use of discount coupons, point certificates and credit notes do not qualify as eligible purchase in this Offer. Customers are eligible to participate in the Offer on redemption of Gift vouchers/Gift cards, but not on purchase of the same.
Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or promotions.
To participate in the Offer, the participant must register with their full name and valid phone number at the time of purchase.
A winner will be selected through a lucky draw held every day between 25th November 2024 to 15th December 2024 and the winner will be notified on the registered phone number provided at the time of registration.
Shoppers Stop shall make three attempts to reach out to the winner. If the winner is not reachable after three attempts, the same reward shall be given to another back up winner.
The reward must be claimed by the winner within 7 days of being notified by Shoppers Stop, failing which the reward shall be given to another back up winner.
The decision of Shoppers Stop regarding the winner selection and Offer shall be final and binding.
The winner must provide valid proof of identity (such as Aadhar card, passport etc.), PAN card and original purchase receipt to claim the reward. The winner will be deemed to have accepted the reward only upon completion of all necessary documentation formalities which will be informed to the winner at the time of reward being offered.
The reward will include an iPhone 16 128 GB (any color at the discretion of Shoppers Stop, subject to availability).
The winner will be required to pay TDS on the reward as per applicable laws. Failure to comply with the TDS payment requirement may result in disqualification from claiming the reward.
The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product, once claimed.
The reward is provided on an "As-is" basis. Shoppers Stop does not guarantee or take responsibility for the quality, condition, or functionality of the reward. Any queries or complaints regarding the reward must be directed to the manufacturer of the product.
