1.The offer is applicable at Shoppersstop.com website till 03rd November 2024
2.ICICI Bank cardholder/Customer has to transact at Alliance Partner website for a minimum of Rs.5,000 (net transaction value) to qualify for the instant discount.
3.Offer will be applicable on ICICI Bank credit card, debit card and Net Banking transaction only.
4.Card Offer will also be applicable on Amazon Pay credit card.
5.Offer will not be applicable on business, commercial, or corporate cards.
6.Offer is valid only once per card/ per Net Banking user during the offer period.
7.A Customer can avail the discount for the first valid transaction only during the Offer Period. Subsequent transactions shall not be applicable for the discount.
8.Discount applicable only for the first valid transaction during the offer period, which is fulfilling all conditions including net transaction value as mentioned in offer details.
9.Net transaction value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less any discount offered to the card holders at the Alliance Partner website.
10.The discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
11.This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
12.The Offer will be valid during the Offer Period only which will be at the sole discretion of Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank.
13. Alliance Partner shall not be liable, in case, of any misuse or fraudulent use of the Card/Net Banking ID during the Offer Period and/ or if any Customer/ Card member defaults in paying the purchase amount to the ICICI Bank or in case of chargebacks.
14. Alliance Partner & ICICI Bank mutually have the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
15. The decision of Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
