I got a bottle the seal of which was broken. Fixed with a tape. Anyways the sticker too was worn out and very dirty. It was not sticking on the pkt. Rather it was lying in the pkt. Very disappointed with shoppers stop as I trust it, coz it claims to sell 100%AUTHENTIC products. But in my case the seal was broken n tempered with. I brought Elie Saab before also n the seal wasn't fixed with a plastic tape n sticker was also intact. Since they don't accept returns of perfumes. So I think they might not help me. And each time I ll use this fragrance I ll think of this cheating. Doubt if it's used? or if it's duplicate?
