ShowStoppers ’24- Lucky Winner Stands A Chance to Win Dubai Trip (“Offer”)
Campaign Period: The Offer is valid from 25th November 2024 (00:00) to 15th December 2024 (23:59).
The Offer is open only to Indian citizens residing in India (excluding Tamil Nadu), aged 18 years and above.
The Offer is not open to employees of Shoppers Stop, including current and ex-employees and their families. Agencies, service providers of Shoppers Stop and their family members are also not eligible to participate in this Offer.
By participating in the Offer, we understand that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions for the said Offer.
To participate, the participant must make a net purchase of INR 30,000 or more from the beauty category at any eligible Shoppers Stop or SS Beauty Store or via the website/app (www.shoppersstop.com, www.ssbeauty.in) in a single invoice. It is hereby clarified that multiples of INR 30,000 made in a single invoice shall qualify as one entry.
Purchases through use of discount coupons, point certificates and credit notes do not make one eligible for to participate in this Offer. Customers are eligible to participate in the Offer on redemption of Gift vouchers/Gift cards, but not on purchase of the same.
Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotions.
To participate in the Offer, the participant must register with their full name and valid phone number at the time of purchase.
The winner shall be selected through a lucky draw held at the end of the Campaign Period and the winner shall be notified over the registered phone number provided by the winner.
Shoppers Stop shall make three attempts to reach out to the winner. If the winner is not reachable after three attempts, the same reward shall be given to another back up winner.
The reward must be claimed by the winner within 7 days as intimated by Shoppers Stop to such winner, failing which the reward shall be given to another back up winner.
The decision of Shoppers Stop regarding the winner selection and Offer shall be final and binding.
The winner must provide valid proof of identity, PAN Card and original purchase receipt to claim the reward. The winner will be deemed to accept the reward only upon completion of all necessary documentation formalities which will be informed to the winner at the time of reward being offered.
The reward includes a round-trip airfare to Dubai and accommodation in a 3/ 4-star hotel with complimentary breakfast (subject to availability) for a duration of 4 nights and 5 days. The Offer is valid for 2 people only.
If the winner wishes to add any additional member for the said trip, the associated charges for such additional member shall be borne by the winner only.
All visa, meals, and any other additional expenses incurred by the winner during the trip are excluded from Offer.
The reward must be used by the winner before 31st March, 2025 failing which the reward will stand forfeited.
The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product, once claimed.
Participants and winners agree not to hold Shoppers Stop responsible or liable for any claims, damages, defects, losses, or expenses incurred by participation in the Offer or receipt of the reward.
Shoppers Stop is not liable for any incidents/accidents that may arise during the trip.
Shoppers Stop will not be accountable for any flight cancellations caused by the airlines due to natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
Shoppers Stop reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this Offer by another Offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw this Offer including the reward altogether without any prior notice.
Rewards are subject to the Laws of India. Any dispute arising from the above Offer or rewards offered herein is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
